      • Please note that due to the perishable nature of the stock, all food and beverage items are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Any customised products are also non-refundable.

        Returns
        We do not provide a free returns service. Any returns must be organised and paid for by yourself. Should the product be damaged in transit or be handled in a way which would not be permitted to be resold, you will be held solely responsible and will pay the full amount for the damaged goods. This may lead to a reduction of your refund to reflect the depreciation in the value of the goods.

        We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

        To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice or proof of purchase.

        To start a return, you can contact us at sweetasboba.nz@gmail.com You should list all the details surrounding your order, delivery, photographic evidence and the condition of the products. We may ask you for more supporting evidence if needed. If your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

        The cost for returning goods via delivery is not covered by Boba Lab and will need to be covered by the customer. 

        If any refunds have been processed for the price paid (minus delivery costs) before we can inspect the goods and later discover they have been handled in an unacceptable manner, you must pay us the full value of the goods.

        Damages and issues
        Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

        If the product you have received is in fact faulty or described incorrectly or a warranty exists on the product. Please provide evidence for this so that we can further investigate. If warranty exists, item will be replaced subject to investigation findings.

        Damages to the products packaging or products while it is in transit is the full responsibility of the courier company. If you find your order to be damaged in transit we advise that you take photographic evidence of the order in many angles in clear light so that this can be investigated with the courier company.

        Exceptions / non-returnable items
        Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, syrups, and powders) and custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

        Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
         

        Exchanges
        The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

        We do not provide a free exchange service and the customer is liable for any further shipping fees in sending products back for exchange.

         

        Refunds
        We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

        It is not always possible to provide a refund once an order has been confirmed for payment. If the customer is found to have made a mistake in ordering, Boba Lab will offer a credit to be redeemed against future orders.

        Sales

        All sales are strictly subject to stock availability. If a product is unavailable the customer will be informed and a suitable replacement will be offered, if this is not acceptable the items unavailable to the customer will be refunded in full. All discounts are approved on a transactional basis and will not be applicable for future orders. Discounts are at the full discretion of the director of the company and can be withdrawn at any time.

        Orders and Payments

        Please note that orders through our website are marked at our recommended retail price (www.sweetasboba.co.nz). In order to utilise wholesale pricing, clients must order via our account management service through email at (sweetasboba.nz@gmail.com). Orders should be given in a clear way to signify what products are being requested and in what quantity (I.E specifying 3 cases of Strawberry Popping Bubbles, 1 case of Taro Powder , 2 cases of White Paper Straws etc).

        Our pick-up for delivery dates are Tuesday and Thursday. In order to qualify your delivery to go out on a specific day your order must be paid in full and processed properly before 3pm the day before the pick-up date.(Monday and Wednesday). Our delivery partners will generally 3 working days to deliver your order from when it is picked up. Orders picked up by courier companies on Tuesday will generally arrive on Friday of that week and orders picked up on Thursday will arrive on Monday after the weekend. These delivery times are not definite and will vary depending on the courier company's' ability to fulfil the order as well as bank holidays, weekend and other unforeseen disruptions. Please allow at least five working days from the pick-up date (Tuesday or Thursday) for delivery before contacting us.

        We do not take responsibility for late payments and missed cut off times.

        If payment is not made to us by the given cut off time your order will be delayed for delivery and allocated to the next pick-up and delivery dates.
